It's a busy street at the corner of Lowe pass way in front of the day care. It's blocked wheelchair access. Also children waiting for the buses for it's a school bus stop. Today these dogs (3 of them) were left outside from 6:50-7:25am in the backyard. They barked for this entire time while left outside without an owner present.
Does this owner have a kennel license?? (they usually have up to four dogs on the premises). -

Animal ControlAcknowledged261 Cedar St Fitchburg, MA 01420, USA - Fitchburgthere is constantly a small Chihuahua like dog that is off leash outside in the Streets and barks and nips at passersbys. this has been going for years. it gets worse when people walk their own dogs nearby the dog will bark them out of the area. the dog is very territorial of the street corner of Holman and Cedar streets. Many cars have almost hit it, many have stopped to try and find an owner, until it runs back inside the yard of 261 cedar St.
I am worried about the safety of the dog, and the other people and pets in the neighborhood.
a permanent solution needs to be taken to have to dog off the street. -

One is a male brown pitbull and the other is a female black pitbull mix. Neither dogs are trained and do not come in when the owners call them. The brown one is an intact male and not friendly. He is also known to jump out of the first floor windows in order to go after other dogs. Both dogs are a nuisance!
