    This yard has a shed that is falling apart. 2 rotting pools inside of a rotting pool and this car. For the first time in 13 years, we had a RAT in my yard! There is evidence in our shed that this was not an isolated incident. There are kids that live in this apartment and it's not sanitary or safe.

    Due to high raccoon population and raccoons causing property damage, I'd like to ask the city to have my neighbor stop feeding "stray cats", cat food is left outside on the driveway therefore inviting wild life and pests in the area. I live at 58 Arlington st, food is left at 54 Arlington st. Neighboor is refusing to understand my concern and cooperate.

    Today these dogs (3 of them) were left outside from 6:50-7:25am in the backyard. They barked for this entire time while left outside without an owner present.
    Does this owner have a kennel license?? (they usually have up to four dogs on the premises).

    49 Arlington Street is continuously letting their dogs outside without a leash. One is a male brown pitbull and the other is a female black pitbull mix. Neither dogs are trained and do not come in when the owners call them. The brown one is an intact male and not friendly. He is also known to jump out of the first floor windows in order to go after other dogs. Both dogs are a nuisance!

    White and brown dog is in the backyard every day, almost all day, and every time this animal is outside, it barks NONSTOP with a very high pitched bark that can be heard from streets away. If you can't see the dog from Pacific St, you can see it from Culley St as it is behind Brian's Auto. These dog owners need to go outside WITH their dog if it needs to be out as often as it is, because once again, IT BARKS NONSTOP AND I CAN HEAR IT FROM LINCOLN ST. If it's not out when you go by, wait 20 minutes, and it will be again!

    there is constantly a small Chihuahua like dog that is off leash outside in the Streets and barks and nips at passersbys. this has been going for years. it gets worse when people walk their own dogs nearby the dog will bark them out of the area. the dog is very territorial of the street corner of Holman and Cedar streets. Many cars have almost hit it, many have stopped to try and find an owner, until it runs back inside the yard of 261 cedar St.
    I am worried about the safety of the dog, and the other people and pets in the neighborhood.
    a permanent solution needs to be taken to have to dog off the street.
