Thank you again for submitting this request. I believe this is in regards to the project over at Mercer and Jordan. The building that is being constructed should be done by next spring or early summer. Once the building is fully constructed the area will be reopened for pedestrians to walk around , and all other work will be done inside the building that should not affect any residents in the area.
