According to this resident, "the Street Sweeper came through Jersey Ave. and left all the trash and debris along the curb. She claims, she has video showing that the street sweeper was at a minimum, more than 3 feet away from the curb. She claims, this happened from at least Christopher Columbus to York St. Again, she claims to have video of the street sweeper doing this. She said, it's likely even further than that, but that's as far as she witnessed the street sweeper not sweeping close to the curb."
