Construction at 303 1st Street is causing the owners building (319 1st Street) to shake and is concerned there is damage to their property. The workers are loud and leaving barriers near their property. The owners would like to have their building surveyed for any dangerous problems. This work was started 2 weeks ago, without prior notice. Please investigate.
