Yeah this company is sloppy

Construction has being abandoned, stopped or finished long time ago and plates never removed. This is indeed a very dangerous sidewalk for pedestrians.

this is very very true and dangerous this morning the same thing appen as i walked my child to the bus stop alittle further down. a car got on to the side walk speed up to the red light to cut traffic thankfully the group of kids that walk this side walk where at the bus stop already if not would could have been reporting a hit and run to the police dept. CONES are NEEDED something needs to get done

I drove by there this morning and that didn't even cross my mind, but your right my son walks to school that way and during busy hours I can see a issue
Chelsea police has the wooden barriers they use to block roads, maybe using them for this area might be a good idea

Today alone: A delivery parked on the sidewalk taking up the entire space infront of CIAO, then a Taxi parked on the Sidewalk infront of the Parking Lot and just now cars creating their own 2nd Lane as shown on the picture.
Wait till someone gets hit by a car, this will be proof of poor safety measures taken on this project by both the Contractor AND the City. Both should be sued if anything bad were to happen.

We have contacted the Police and DPW regarding this issue.
