Thank you for reporting this. I was about to again. I reported about this issue a few years ago when there was just a chain link fence there. It was just like this. After repeated complaints here, the city did something. So he erected that huge iron door so it would HIDE the mess.

Never really bothered to do something about it, they just hide it from street view.

The city NEEDS to do something more than 'talk'. I think some heavy fines need to be in order. The landlord needs to talk to his tenants about trash disposal and have the trash picked up daily.

Yes he builded a fence so no one can see his mess this is not acceptable that's why we have so many rats around for people irresponsible like this we should be on top of this property owner.
