Did eventually change but took several minutes with a long line of cars on both sides of Washington st

I have consistently had issues with this signal during peak and off-peak hours. This signal appears to operate as if vehicle detection is not working.

The Town looked at this issue and could not see the problem occurring during the time that we were out there. The Town will continue to monitor this and will remedy if necessary.
