Signal crew responded to the intersection and all detection and signal operation where in normal operation in accordance with the approved timing plan. This office will forward the complaint onto Traffic Engineering for possible timing review and adjustment.

Thanks for your help. I've seen 10 cars waiting for the green light and only the first three can pass through during the duration of the green, and then another two to three use the first several seconds of the red to cross over since the light is too short.
