Dead tree was removed weeks ago. I called 311 to update their information that tree was removed. I asked a new tree be planted last year. I understand the tree planting season ends April 30, 2015. Can a new tree be planted by then, please?

Planting lists are set in June and your tree was not removed till recently. So it has been planned for planting during the next planting season. We do not make planting orders till the removal has been verified.
