Sharraxaadda

There seems to be a beeping noise ( sounds like fire alarm system) coming from this building. Its been beeping for about 4-5 days now. Its not too noticeable during the daytimes but its very annoying during all hours of the night. The owner of building lives out of state so there is no one to take care of this noise.
