BW 7/19/2019: Resident called again this morning with reference to this matter.
I called DPW (Traun) and he advised me that this constituent is a constant caller, every week and has a beef with his neighbor. Traun further advised me that an inspector had been dispatched to the above address last week and found the complaint to be invalid.
He (Traun) said that another inspector would again be dispatched to access the situation.
