Description

This has been going on for quite some time now. The owners in the general vicinity of Atlantic Street, Sackett Street, and Bramhall Avenue absolutely refuse to clean/sweep up the trash in front of/side of their homes. The trash shown in the picture was dumped on the side of this property's fence (93 Atlantic Street/26 Sacket Street), but instead of sweeping it up and putting it out for trash collection, they decided it would be a better idea to sweep it into the gutter. Now (cars have been parking over it), it's blowing all over the place and becoming a problem/the responsibility of other homeowners. I don't think it's right that I have to clean/sweep up the trash when someone litters in front of my home, and then, also be responsible for cleaning other peoples' trash because they feel like they're above cleaning trash or it's someone else's responsibility. Same goes for the people letting their dogs defecate by the hydrants on Sackett Street and not cleaning up after them. The smell is a complete nightmare and a health hazard at this point.
