    Is it possible to relocate this fire hydrant that is in the middle of the sidewalk at Grand and 129? I was walking here, on the sidewalk, and became distracted by traffic activity in this incredibly busy intersection and ended up walking right into the fire hydrant, causing bruising and swelling of my leg. Call me stupid, but why is there a fire hydrant on a public sidewalk path?
