My neighbor decides everyday before he leaves to work to take out his two vehicles and park them as close as he can to my vehicle or anyone that is in “his spot” and gets so close we can’t even move to get out. I have spoken to the person and he is very aggressive. The neighbor has a driveway and has 3 vehicles he owns and does this to anyone parked near his home. I know it’s public street parking but having an emergency and not being able to even move the car because his car is this close to me from the front and the back is insane. Who can I complain too?? I don’t think this is a police situation. Help!!!! I have no idea what to do.
