Description
The pedestrian light on the east side of the street facing west is turned to face the southeast, so that pedestrians waiting on the west side to cross to the east side cannot see whether they have the light to cross. I previously reported this issue earlier this year and it was fixed, but now it's happened again. It's possible the signal is not stable and is being blown by the wind.
