We don't need to look too deep to find out that most of the streets around this area area abandoned. Ride on Beacham st. and you will see what the pavement, or what was left of it, is in very bad condition.

The issue is the truck across the sidewalk and into the street at private business not supposed to be loading this size truck. This is forcing pedestrians and vehicles to go into traffic. The issue is not the condition of the road, that's you're issue to report.

I don't know if any authority has ever addressed this issue. No one from the city has replyed.

This practice continues as of May 27. Different day, different truck. Same blockage of sidewalk and impingement in traffic lane.

I have forwarded this issue to both Chelsea Police and to the City Parking Clerk. Due to the rise in parking related submissions, I am trying to expand the scope of our SeeClickFix coverage so that parking issues would go straight to the Parking Clerk. However, we're not there yet.
