Description

Several trash bins have been overflowing and blowing into neighboring yards since midday Monday. This is an ongoing issues for years!

This would be something LCI should address. Fortunately we have a Neighborhood Specialist.

It would be nice if LCI addressed this issue and others that have been reported. It has been a problem for several years now. Whoever emptied the garbage and recycle on Easter Sunday, thank you! But, always cleaning up their mess isn't solving the problem.
