My wife and I own the property at 184 Lowell St.Parking is at the rear of the house - the driveway ends on Fulton St.There is a cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway on Fulton St. with several houses.The house on the far right on the cul-de-sac has a hose that constantly is draining water that flows down and into our driveway and is damaging the driveway and starting to flood the end of the driveway.A lot of the water is running into the catch basin beneath the light pole at the end of the driveway, but not all of it.This water constantly clogs the manhole with leaves and never empties completely.Need a professional assessment of the problem and a fix.
