I agree, this is a safety concern. I live at the corner of 20th & Randolph. People go through the stop sign on 20th at Rabdolph without even slowing. Then, they travel at a high rate of speed to make the light and cross South Dakota. I've seen cars traveling at 40-50 MPH on 20th to "make the green".
A petition was recently circulated to install a stop sing on 20th at Quincy. Extending the green light would help.
Stop sign enforcement would also help.
