A little over a month ago, you repaired the asphalt around two man hole covers on Lowell Street (one directly in front of 235 Lowell Street and the other at the crossover of Harvard and High Streets. For some reason the areas have already been torn up again. I was wondering if they could be re-repaired? -- As an aside, a year or more ago, you repaired an area right in front of 235 Lowell Street, and it was with a unique (lighter grey) material. That repair has held up perfectly. Is it possible to use the same product to do the other repairs? -- Thanks, as always, for your attention to these matters.
